Personal Background<\/strong><\/p>

I am Austrian by nationality and a global citizen by heart, having lived 15\u00a0years in\u00a0three different\u00a0countries of\u00a0Africa, 2 years in\u00a0Laos\/Asia and 4 years in Rome\/Italy. My youngest son\u2019s first birth\u00a0certificate was Malawian, my eldest did his A-levels in Kenya and my middle son got his IB in Laos.\u00a0The variety of cultures and life-perspectives I have been privileged to witness have shaped me\u00a0deeply. I have been married since 1987 to a wonderful man, who I have shared a quite\u00a0colourful\u00a0life with: not only have we travelled the world, but we are both actively involved in our inner journeys,\u00a0which surely is just as adventurous; the ups and downs of a life in relationship have created the\u00a0basis of trust that only time can offer\u00a0-something I don\u2019t\u00a0take for granted and that I\u2019m\u00a0truly grateful\u00a0for.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Having worked as a counsellor and coach with all levels of society on three different continents is surely one of my most eminent assets I bring to the Coaching process. The insights I have gained from these experiences plus my deep joy in witnessing people\u2019s growth, earn me my clients\u2019 permission to support and challenge them in their pursuit of a fulfilled life. I have acquired a rich selection of \u2018tools\u2019 in the course of my professional development. Starting off as a teacher utilising music and movement for awareness training, I focused on adult education with an emphasis on body-language and self-perception. My Master\u2019s in Counselling led me to trauma-and relationship work and allowed me to witness some of the darkest corners of our human experiencing and how people get out of there. These experiences have deepened my trust in the human capacity to heal and move forward.<\/p>

In 2021, I completed my training in spiritual direction with the Jesuits in Vienna, in order to offer guidance and support on their spiritual journey upon request.<\/p>

Additionally, I have published an autobiographical novel and a book about my coaching model “The House with Many Rooms\u00ae,” which enrich my work and share my insights with a broader audience.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
